I wanted to drop you a line and tell you that I downloaded your Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle e-book Sat night 25th Oct just gone.
I have been reading it thoroughly and absorbing every word, I have stuck with the meal plan religiously since Sunday morning and I feel great ! My energy levels at the gym have been awesome. Thursday and Friday of this week doing two cardio classes I thought my feet had grown wings and I was going to take flight...there was no stopping me!
On the scales (which I normally never use), just out of interest as I'm already feeling different after only one week, I jumped on them this morning, Sat 1st Nov, and 1.5kg (3.3 lbs) lost! Nearly fell off the scales! That one little kilo is something which has not moved in two years of training.
Three years ago I had a baby, now that "after baby belly", soft and unmoving, unwavering in any way shape or form, has been a pain in the butt; not even "sucking it in" would make it look any different....this morning was another story. This eating regime is moving EVERYTHING and I'm so happy. I can't express enough in words without writing a book as long as yours! Thanks Tom.

When I read your words about body builders being the most lean people in the world so who's example would it be smart to follow....well of course....ain't that the truth. Have spent my life admiring their bodies and thinking I could never look like that or come even close. Now, it has me thinking in a different light. I can do anything I want with this body. THANKS AGAIN.
