I wanted to express my sincerest thanks for your inspiration.I have a long commute, 2 children (1 and 2 years old) and a demanding work schedule. I reached a point where I was gaining weight and loosing strength and stamina. I purchased your e-book on nutrition and training at the end of last summer. By far, yours was the best advice I have ever come across. By changing my thinking, committing to training and adopting good dietary habits, I am 6' 5" tall and I went from 260 lbs w/ a bulging 42" waist to a much leaner 235 lbs. and a 38" waist in only 4 months.
All of my 1 rep max lifts are the highest they have ever been and my training intensity increases by the day. I am 2 weeks away from reaching the goals I wrote down back in August and have achieved a level of fitness I have not experienced since I was in High School. About four & a half months ago, I weighed 240 pounds. I was trying to eat healthier but lacked confidence in my knowledge of healthy foods and eating habits. Then I stumbled onto your website and read some of the free material. That gave me confidence in your knowledge, so I bought your Burn the Fat, Feed The Muscle e-book. Your program is truly about programming the mind. My physique has rapidly changed along with my mindset & feelings towards myself & others.
I am not striving for competition, just to reach 9% body fat. I do not use weights due to my schedule, being a single dad with two wonderful sons living with me full time. Now you know why I need the extra energy that I now have. Instead, I do many variations of body weight exercises at different times of the day. I stepped on the scales yesterday, fully clothed at 214.5 pounds. I am only 5'11" tall so my 34's are now loose & I have two new pair of 33's calling my name.

Tom, I want to thank you for a fabulous book - worth every penny. You state in the beginning of the book that by the end, you'll experience a sort of "fitness enlightenment," and I heartily concur. Using what I've learned, I've gone from 11% bodyfat down to 5% bodyfat in just 6 weeks! From there I upped the calories and started "bulking," and with excellent results.
