When you're re looking for a slimming program, you're faced with a dizzying array of choices: Pills, wraps, belts, drinks, teas, creams, patches, and on and on the list goes.

Deep in your heart, you know that most - if not ALL of them - simply don't work. You want to believe in them, you really do. So despite your skepticism, you try diet after diet, pill after pill, remedy after remedy. And what are you left with? nothing but a slim bank account!

Let me ask you a question. When it comes to burning body fat, developing the most lean and toned bodies and simply getting in the absolute best shape, who is more successful at that than any other person in the world?

Have you ever seen what a fitness or figure competitor looks like?

Understand, I'm NOT talking about a "figure model" like you'd see in a bikini catalog or modeling lingerie on the catwalk. Sure, many of them have very nice figures, but only at first glance. 2. Refuse to lift weights

TWO, you will cannibalize all your own muscle and end up a frail waif or a skinny fat person.
